Advice from Mrs. Dixon :) {SPED teacher linky}

So, I am a terrible blogger. I mean, the worst! Although I am very active on Instagram & love the teacher community on there – I miss blogging! I’m hoping this fun little summer linky will be a good kick off point to get back at it. Plus, I just put together a HUGE binder for TPT & blogging, so that should help me stay on track {fingers crossed}.

I’m linking up with Tales of a Carolina Girl this evening.. such a cute & fun idea! Head over to her blog to see some AH-mazing SPED teachers!

Here are some past posts that might help you in your endeavors of starting out πŸ™‚

Be ProActive Series (written while I was a resource teacher}

A Day in my AU Classroom (current series all about how I set up my room, schedule, plans, etc.}

Since I officially have ONE MONTH before returning to the SAME classroom (amazing!), I will be posting all about my preparations!! STAY TUNED, FRIENDS!

As always, PLEASE e-mail me with any questions!! I’m always happy to help! πŸ™‚

    I love your blog design. Too cute! Great advice as well. I think I'm going to start scheduling in my day time to work on materials for my new classroom. Thanks for linking up.

    (Sorry typo on previous comment. They really should allow for edits!)

    I love being prepared! But I don't like preparing as much πŸ™‚ but you're right, it totally is worth it!

    I cannot agree more with being prepared! I always over prepare, which is great, because it's definitely better than being under prepared!

    This will be my second year as a teacher, and I have worked hard this summer! I totally agree with you and feel confident that my year will not be nearly as stressful as last year. πŸ™‚

    I am nearing the beginning of our summer holidays over here in England but am already thinking of the things that need to be in place for September – no wonder the first two weeks of vacation normally see me back in school each day!! But I agree I'd much rather be prepared than on the back foot all the time! πŸ™‚

    I've purchased items from you on TPT and so excited to find your blog! I agree with you on the planning part–however I must admit that I've been very indulgent this summer and haven't planned as much as I should have. Oh well, consequences for actions (as I always tell my students).
