    Hi. I noticed all around your classroom. You have little boxes for the schedule. Where did you get the boxes from

      Klara – the dollar tree! BEST FIND EVER!! So much easier than library envelopes to place schedule cards in! ๐Ÿ™‚

      Okay. Thank you. Do you know the name perhaps. Cause maybe I can order it online and if I'm not mistaken you also put Velcro to the wall correct

      Yikes- I'm not sure about the name, but I think they are for lockers? And yes, we use Velcro for everythinggg!!!

    I love this! I teach a self contained class for kids with severe disabilities, but I have two with autism and I use similar strategies and activities with the others. Thank you for sharing so many good ideas! I have been trying to a centers rotation for a year now, and I can't get the scheduling down. How do you make it so everyone isn't in the same place at the same time? Thanks! -Victoria

      Victoria, be sure to check out my post on scheduling. Of course, it is much easier at the beginning of the year before you have students going into regular ed classes (if you do that), but I try to stick to the rotation times and just replace the "activity" card (i.e. work boxes, teacher time) with the card of the replacement activity (i.e. speech or regular ed).

      Do they go to their schedule in between rotations or is their schedule with them?
